PreRecipe Story - Warwickshire Biscuits

Hi guys,
I found yet another awesome recipe to add to my blog about summer foods. This one isn't just a summer-time treat it is great to eat with hot cocoa ( or hot chocolate ) in the Winter months.
They are my all-time favourite Warwickshire Biscuits.

The first time I ever had one - I think - was when Lily ( my cute little sister ) and I went for lunch at Lily's godmother's house. Sam, ( Lily's Godmother) is really nice and we know her very well. She is one of my Mum's best friends. We sometimes go out for dinner with our families, but that's another story!
Anyways, we had delish Minestrone Soup and then ,of course, Warwickshire Biscuits!!! They are chocolate and melt in your mouth! Then you have the crunchiness of the Cornflakes ( has to be Kellogs!).

I made some yesterday , in fact , and everybody LOVED them!!! The recipe will out on my blog soon so check it out!

Bye my lovely bloggers!

Strawberries and Cream - My Style

I love, love , love strawberries and cream! So why not make strawberries and cream your own style?
These are quick and easy to make! If you are allergic to dairy, I would use soya cream or anything else you use as a substitute!🍓

Difficulty Rating: 🌟
Time needed: 15 mins or less

You will need:
- 12 nice sized strawberries
- 6 maltesers
- 150ml of double cream
- 1 bowl
- A plate
- A Piping bag
-Scissors

Step 1.
Whip the double cream until there are white peaks, you may do this how ever you prefer, but I always use a handheld mixer.

Step 2.
Put the cream into the piping bag and once all the cream is in, make a small slit in the end of the nozzle.

Step 3.
Put your piping bag into the fridge ( not the freezer, trust me ).

Step 4.
Wash and take the tops off of all the strawberries.
Then , with your scissors, slice a cross into the tops of the whole strawberries. NOT THE LEAFY BITS.

Step 5.
Take the cream out of the fridge and pipe into the slits of all the strawberries. The cream should naturally come to the top as you pipe, if not just put a small blob on the top.

Step 6.
Place the strawberries in the fridge now so the cream can get a bit firmer.

Step 7.
Halve all the maltesers. You should now have 12 halves.

Step 8.
Remove the strawberries from the fridge and place one malteser half on the cream part of each one!

Step 9.
Plate up and enjoy!
